What we actually do
We are a production company, not a planning firm. You bring the brief and the brand, we deliver the built show. These departments run in-house, under people whose names you will know by day two.
Permits & City Approvals
Permits, city drawings, fire and building sign-off. We do the paperwork ourselves and turn it around fast, including on shows that book late and change late. After years of clean productions, the inspectors and fire marshals we work with know our name and know what they will find when they walk in, so walkthroughs are short and doors open on time.
Production Management
Budgets, schedules, vendor management, and the run of show. One point of contact from kickoff to strike.
Staging & Rigging
Custom builds, truss, motors, and structural coordination. We have brought in licensed structural engineers when the build called for it.
Set Design & Decor
Set design, scenic builds, props, drape, florals, and decor for the room. We design it, build it in the shop, and install it with the rest of the production so it lands on the same schedule.
Lighting
Design and execution for broadcast, ballroom, and full concert rigs. We light the room for the camera and the guest at the same time.
Audio
Line arrays to spoken word. Tuned for the room, mixed for the moment, specced so the back row hears what the front row hears.
Video & LED
LED walls, projection, IMAG, and playback for events, and LED volumes and virtual production for film and broadcast. Walls in a range of pixel pitches, sizes, and brands, with the processors to drive them.
Content & Print
Screen content for LED walls and playback, ad creative, and the printed pieces a show needs: signage, vinyls, menus, credentials, and T-shirts. Built by the same team that builds the room, so it fits the room.
Bars & Food Vendors
Long-standing relationships with alcohol and food truck vendors. We bring them to your event and structure the deal, including revenue share arrangements that put money back against the production budget.
Staffing & Site Ops
Brand ambassadors, traffic control managers, and security guards, staffed and briefed by us. Ingress, parking, and crowd flow planned with the fire marshal walkthrough in mind.
Power & Insurance
Distro, generators, cable runs sized for the show, plus the insurance and waiver package. The unglamorous work that keeps the lights on.
