What we actually do
We are a production company, not a planning firm. You bring the brief and the brand, we deliver the built show. These are the departments we run, under people whose names you will know by day two. Where a job needs a licensed trade, we bring in the vendor and manage them on our schedule.
Permits & City Approvals
Permits, city drawings, fire and building sign-off. We do the paperwork ourselves and turn it around fast, including on shows that book late and change late. We prepare the permit packages and city drawings, submit them ourselves, and stay on them through fire and building sign off. We plan to the inspection, so doors open on time.
Production Management
Budgets, schedules, vendor management, and the run of show. One point of contact from kickoff to strike.
Staging & Rigging
Custom builds, truss, motors, and structural coordination. We have brought in licensed structural engineers when the build called for it.
Set Design & Decor
Set design, scenic builds, props, drape, florals, and decor for the room. We design it, build it in the shop, and install it with the rest of the production so it lands on the same schedule.
Lighting
Design and execution for broadcast, ballroom, and full concert rigs. We light the room for the camera and the guest at the same time.
Audio
Line arrays to spoken word. Tuned for the room, mixed for the moment, specced so the back row hears what the front row hears.
Video & LED
LED walls, projection, IMAG, and playback for events, and LED volumes and virtual production for film and broadcast. Walls in a range of pixel pitches, sizes, and brands, with the processors to drive them.
Content & Print
Screen content for LED walls and playback, ad creative, and the printed pieces a show needs: signage, vinyls, menus, credentials, and T-shirts. Built by the same team that builds the room, so it fits the room.
Food & Beverage Vendors
Long-standing relationships with licensed bar and food truck operators. We bring them to your event and manage them on the production schedule; the vendor holds the license and runs the service. On the right show, the vendor deal helps offset the production budget.
Staffing & Site Ops
Brand ambassadors on our crew, with security and traffic control run through licensed vendors we book, schedule, and hold to our standard. Ingress, parking, and crowd flow planned with the venue and the fire marshal.
Power & Compliance
Distro, generators, and cable runs sized for the show. We carry our own coverage, provide certificates, and assemble the paperwork the venue and the city ask for. The unglamorous work that keeps the lights on.
